Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

l Create visually engaging graphics for social media including carousels, stories, reel covers, and advertisements that align with the brand’s identity.

l Develop fresh and captivating content concepts (visual + written) customized for each social media platform.

l Plan and maintain a content calendar in coordination with the marketing and communications teams.

l Stay informed about the latest trends, viral formats, and algorithm updates across all major platforms.

l Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style across all social media channels.

l Track performance using engagement analytics and adjust strategies to improve results.

l Write platform-specific content captions that complement visuals and enhance engagement.

l Collaborate with internal teams to support brand growth and creative alignment.

l Continuously evaluate content effectiveness and refine visual designs based on performance insights.

Requirements:

l Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar.

l Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly).

l Understanding of prompt engineering to generate AI-assisted designs effectively.

l Knowledge of image editing, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

l Strong visual storytelling ability and creative thinking.

l Ability to blend AI-generated concepts with human creativity for unique outcomes.

l Attention to detail and aesthetic sense aligned with brand identity.
