About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at MCM, you’ll help bring brands to life through powerful visuals that tell stories, capture attention, and drive engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, social, and video teams to design marketing materials that reflect strategy and deliver measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital and print materials including ads, landing pages, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and creative directors to conceptualize and execute designs.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and layouts that are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure all creative assets meet quality, consistency, and platform requirements.
• Support the video production team with graphic elements and motion design when needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction, stay flexible, and adapt in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Must submit a design portfolio or sample of work with your application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
