Graphic Designer

Ripples Engineering is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand identity across various digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality graphics that engage our target audience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

2. 2-4 years of experience in graphic design

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

4. Strong conceptual thinking, typography skills & design skills

5. Portfolio of work - Please share with your CV

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce creative assets, including posts, stories, and carousels, for our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

- Create eye-catching thumbnails for video content on platforms like YouTube and other video-sharing sites.

- Develop interactive banners and layouts for our website and digital advertising campaigns as well as print (OOH, Posters, Brochures & flyers etc), ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies for new campaigns and product launches.

- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital & print design projects.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

3. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
