Remote Graphic Designer (30 Hours/Week – Irish Time)

About the Role

We are a European-based creative production company that delivers audiovisual content and media design for conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. We are now hiring a remote graphic designer to join our team on a part-time freelance basis.The role is for 30 hours per week, with fixed availability from 9am to 3pm Irish time, Monday to Friday (equivalent to 1:30pm to 7:30pm IST). You will collaborate directly with our internal production and project teams on a range of media assets for live events.

Key Responsibilities

Design presentation decks, branded media content, and digital signageCreate graphics for LED walls, conference screens, print and web.

Produce simple AV floor plans for venues and room setups.

Assist in designing short promotional videos (event openers, social clips)

Work to creative briefs and meet daily or weekly turnaround times.

Contribute to the visual development of event themes and styles

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Familiarity with Capture or similar AV visualisation software.

Experience creating 4K flyover renders or event layout visualisations.

Basic ability to edit short videos using embedded audio, motion graphics, and transitions.

Previous work on live events, conferences, or stage design is a plus.

What We’re Looking

For2–4 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or multimedia.

Strong portfolio with examples of branding, motion graphics, or digital media.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Good communication skills and fluent written.

EnglishSelf-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work independently.

Stable internet connection and your own design workstation.

Based in India and available Monday to Friday, 1:30pm–7:30pm IST
