Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into engaging visual designs that communicate the brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and packaging.
  • Create visually attractive digital creatives, reels, infographics, and ad creatives for campaigns.
  • Work on branding concepts, logos, and identity development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos for promotional use.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with accuracy and creativity.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
  • Good sense of color combinations, typography, and visual balance.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative concepts.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and digital formats.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar role (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
  • Portfolio: Must showcase previous design work (mandatory for shortlisting).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
