Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content across multiple platforms — including social media, websites, digital campaigns, print materials, and videos — to effectively communicate our brand message and drive marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain website and digital assets, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
• Design motion graphics and short video content for campaigns, reels, and ads.
• Edit and enhance videos for marketing, product showcases, and social media promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a must.
• Familiarity with social media design formats and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical expertise is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
