Graphic Designer

Tick Industries is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a creative eye and hands-on experience in both graphic and animation design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of design projects—static and animated—from concept to completion, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-impact visuals

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage graphic design projects from initial concept to final output.
• Design original content including illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
• Develop animated content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Work on motion graphics, explainer videos, GIFs, and short-form animation.
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand identity across all design and animation projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet project timelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest design and animation trends, software, and tools.
• Refine and enhance visual elements using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Apply advanced typography and layout design techniques to enhance storytelling.
• Proof and oversee all design and animated content before final delivery.
• Photograph new products and complete final edits.
• Develop and pitch new creative concepts, including branding and campaign ideas.
• Update and enforce visual and animation style guides.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Provide innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design projects.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably at a senior level.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
