The ideal candidate will have a strong visual and creative background, as well as the ability to create engaging digital content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
- Create visual designs for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.) and print media (brochures, posters, flyers).
- Develop brand assets such as logos, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize design concepts and execute them.
- Edit and enhance images and visuals to align with brand standards.
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Add graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance videos.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (e.g., resizing, aspect ratio adjustments).
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure final edits meet creative direction and business objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets and archives.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Curate and create engaging, relevant content for social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize content and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, industry changes, and platform algorithm updates.
- Manage and monitor social media campaigns (including paid ads) to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media Management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines across various projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design, video editing, and social media content is a must.
Nice to Have:
- Motion graphics/animation skills.
- Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for designing and formatting social media content or websites.
- Photography skills for content creation.
