Graphic Designer

Join a boutique events company in Emeryville, CA as a graphic designer, where you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of diverse events. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for event design and the ability to deliver compelling graphics that enhance attendee experiences. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a local presence for on-site collaboration as well as remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce event graphics, signage, and promotional materials tailored to each event’s theme and objectives
• Collaborate with event planners and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative visual solutions
• Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and event requirements
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Participate in on-site event setup and provide design support as needed

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the events or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
