Location: Dubai – Office based

Hello Social is a creative social media agency based in Dubai, managing some of the region’s most exciting lifestyle, luxury, F&B, and real estate brands. We’re growing our design team and looking for two talented Graphic Designers - one based in our Dubai office and one who can work remotely.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Hello Social, you will create visually compelling content across multiple platforms, from static graphics to motion and video assets. You’ll work closely with our social media managers, content creators, and clients to bring brand visions to life with creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media (static, stories, reels, carousels).

• Support with brand identity and campaign design across digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.

• Adapt global brand guidelines into regionally tailored, platform-appropriate content.

• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within social media or agency environments.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).

• Experience with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.

• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced agency set
