Graphic Designer (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, an understanding of branding, and proficiency with industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma or CorelDRAW a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, infographics, and ads.
• Create visual assets for websites, email campaigns, packaging, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop consistent brand visuals.
• Edit and enhance images for use across digital platforms.
• Maintain design quality and meet deadlines on multiple ongoing projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and suggest creative ideas to improve campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience (internships or freelance experience also accepted).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, modern design outputs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Experience with branding, packaging, or UI/UX design projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
