Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Delhi, Rajouri Garden

Experience: 4–10 Years
Reporting To: Marketing Head

Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer will serve as the brand custodian, owning the visual identity across digital, print, and multimedia. This leader will guide a team of designers, develop brand guidelines, and ensure seamless integration of brand language across platforms and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and maintain brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands
• Lead a team of junior designers; mentor and manage workflows, video editing.
• Execute end-to-end design for print, digital, social, packaging, OOH, and POSM
• Develop campaign visuals aligned to brand positioning and seasonal narratives
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Edit short-form videos and social reels using AI tools or manual editing
• Stay updated with design, branding, and AI trends for visual storytelling
• Ensure all creatives adhere to branding protocols and meet deadlines
• Collaborate in marketing brainstorms, calendar planning, and campaign reviews

KRAs & KPIs:

• Timely delivery of all marketing and design collateral
• Brand consistency across 100% all creatives
• Successful rollout of campaign assets on time and within brand parameters
• Team development
• Contribution to creative innovation (AI/AR/interactive media use)

Software Proficiency:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Canva (Advanced)
• CapCut or similar video tools
• Figma or Sketch (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
