Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs to promote hospital services, eye care awareness campaigns, and patient engagement materials across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, posters, standees, banners, and social media creatives.
- Develop digital content for hospital websites, social media, and online campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual communications across hospital branches.
- Create patient education materials and infographics related to eye care and treatments.
- Coordinate with the marketing and clinical teams to design event collateral and awareness campaign visuals (e.g., World Sight Day, Cataract Awareness Week).
- Edit photos and videos for internal and external communications.
- Manage and maintain the hospital’s creative asset library.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of healthcare branding and sensitivity toward medical content.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical marketing design projects.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
