Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create visual assets that align with our brand identity and drive engagement across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design creative visuals for digital media (social media, website, email newsletters) and print materials (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.).
• Branding: Ensure consistency across all visual aspects of the brand, including logo, typography, color palette, and design elements.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.) to develop design concepts and assets that support campaigns and product launches.
• Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make design revisions based on client or internal feedback.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute innovative design ideas for marketing initiatives, product designs, and other projects.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design assets and resources for future projects.
• Print Production: Prepare files for printing and collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) and UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
