Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Mumbai (On-site, 5 days a week)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly in social media content creation. You will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content that drives engagement and supports our brand across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop eye-catching social media posts, banners, and other digital assets to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Design website assets, mobile interfaces, and user experience-focused designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, social media, and digital marketing.
• Create marketing collateral such as email templates, newsletters, advertisements, and print materials as needed.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Provide design input for branding, campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on social media and digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience working with social media platforms and a strong grasp of design trends tailored to each platform.
• Ability to create both static and animated content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, particularly for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Graphic Design or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
