Job Description

Maaksons Engineering Corporation Ltd., one of Pakistan’s oldest and most reputed engineering and infrastructure companies, is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content that reflects the company’s identity, enhances brand visibility, and supports both internal and external communication initiatives.

The candidate should have a strong command over Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut, with the ability to design impactful corporate presentations, manage social media visuals, and cover current events and projects through photo and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, infographics, and layouts for company presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
• Create, edit, and produce visual content (photos, videos, reels) for the company’s social media platforms and website.
• Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence by regularly posting and updating visual content across social media channels.
• Capture and cover ongoing project activities, events, and corporate visits through photography and videography.
• Collaborate with project teams and management to ensure branding consistency across all visual outputs.
• Develop creative concepts and visuals for internal communication campaigns, press releases, and external publications.
• Stay updated on modern design trends, animation styles, and video editing techniques to continuously improve the company’s visual identity.
• Maintain an organized archive of all design files, project photos, and media assets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in design and content creation.
• Software Skills:
• Adobe Illustrator (essential)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)
• CapCut (essential)
• Photoshop / After Effects (preferred)
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail, composition, and brand consistency.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with corporate design standards and marketing aesthetics.

Additional Notes

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in corporate branding, engineering or construction industry communication, or digital marketing roles.
• Candidate must be flexible to travel to project sites for event coverage and media documentation as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
