Who you are.

As you probably guessed, our company is high-energy. Like you, for example. Sure, you got the technical skills and mastered all the techniques needed to be a first-rate designer, but you also have chutzpah. You know how to artfully produce and combine assets to convey messages that make hearts skip a beat, minds blow away, and jaws drop. You have this impeccable eye for detail because, well, you are a perfectionist. You keep your cylinders permanently fired up and deliver, as always, right on time. You use the left and right side of your brain because you are a strategic designer that knows how to connect the dots.

What it is going to take.

Strategy

• Strategize cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to pitch and develop disruptive visual communication concepts of physical and digital products.
• Ideate brand ideas and strategies to design solutions that are relevant to consumers, culture, and that satisfy business objectives.
• Perform competitive market research to identify verbal and visual opportunities, current consumer trends, and themes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with channel sales leaders to uncover challenges and to improve visual communication strategies across all mediums.

Day-to-Day

• Partner with product teams and channel sales leaders to advise and design various marketing materials such as sales tools and collateral, assets used for various traditional and digital mediums, product packaging, etc.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring assets from concept to timely delivery.
• Update and enforce design systems and visual guides used for product teams and partners.

Requirements:

• On a scale of 1-10, you rate yourself a 12 in Adobe Creative Suite.
• After effectives, came you
• You’re the Chuck Norris of multi-tasking.
• You pay so much attention to detail, you’re going broke.
• You know when and how to work autonomously.
• Team-player that is a great listener and welcomes feedback.
• BA in Graphic Design, Art or similar.
• 5+ years professional experience designing and strategizing for brands.
