Graphic Designer

Besomi is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and E-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for web, social media, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of web and social media design principles, including responsive layouts, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
• Design packaging, branding elements, and offline marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
• Design and implement landing pages, banners, and other digital assets for Magento 2, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain adherence to brand identity, UI/UX principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver campaign assets and enhance designs based on performance insights.
• Stay informed about current trends in design, branding, and e-commerce to continuously improve creative output.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to create motion graphics or simple animations for social media.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing for short-form digital content.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive layouts, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in e-commerce design, preferably with Magento 2.
• Knowledge of print and packaging production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
