We specialize in designing and producing custom pull-tab games, handling every step of the process from concept to shipment. Our team works closely with clients to bring their ideas to life, blending creativity with precision manufacturing.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys layout design, color work, and font selection — and who has the ability to turn client visions into fun, engaging, and polished pull-tab games.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work directly with the Operations & Marketing Director to create and refine game artwork. You’ll primarily be working with pre-created assets, applying your creativity to adjust layouts, choose colors, and refine fonts so that each game has a unique look while maintaining production accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations & Marketing Director to develop and refine game designs.
• Use Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to lay out, color, and finalize pull-tab game artwork.
• Work with existing design assets while applying creative adjustments to meet client needs.
• Select appropriate fonts, colors, and design elements to enhance playability and appeal.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in size, format, and color profiles.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator (primary), Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong eye for design, typography, and print color selection.
• Experience preparing print-ready files.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in graphic design (print-focused) preferred; gaming or entertainment design a plus.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35,000–$45,000 per year , depending on experience and skill level.
