Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Associate located in Mumbai. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating and producing visual content for various digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as social media graphics, ads, presentations, and infographics for clients and internal marketing.
• Collaborate to brainstorm concepts and deliver visually compelling solutions in line with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within budget.
• Perform photo retouching, manipulation, and basic video editing as required for diverse campaigns.
• Prepare and present creative proposals and mood boards for internal review and client presentations.
• Stay updated on digital design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging tools for continuous skill development.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools for web and digital content creation.
• A keen eye for visual composition, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting project needs.
• Creative problem-solving and effective communication skills for collaborating with both team members and clients.
• Basic Video Editing
