Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a wide range of media including social media, websites, ads, presentations, and printed collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and deliver visually effective solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language consistently across all platforms.
• Work on UI/UX elements, banners, illustrations, and motion graphics as required.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across digital and print formats.
• Mandatory to have an agency experience.
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, layout principles, and color theory.
• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with web design principles and responsive layouts.
• Exposure to brand strategy and campaign ideation.
