Functional Responsibilities

· General

1) You shall report to the Branding Head / Management Consultant.

· Designing Marketing and Promotional Materials

1) Develop visually engaging brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and social media graphics to promote hospital services, campaigns, events, and health awareness initiatives.

2) Coordinate with internal teams in creation of designs for advertisements (print and digital) to attract patients and highlight the hospital’s expertise till completion of a project.

3) Obtain approval of concepts by preparing rough layouts for review.

4) Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

5) Obtain final copy and art by operating typesetting, printing and similar equipment and by making purchases from Vendors when required.

6) Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications & participating in professional societies.

· Patient Communication Materials

1) Design educational materials, such as pamphlets, guides, infographics, or videos, to inform patients about medical procedures, preventive health practices, or hospital policies.

2) Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create visuals that are easy to understand and align with health literacy standards.

· Internal Communication Support

1) Design materials for staff training, events, newsletters, and internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement.

2) Conceptualize and create visuals for bulletin boards, presentations, and internal digital screens based on requirements.

· Brand Management

1) Ensure all designs are consistent with the hospital’s branding guidelines (logo usage, colors, typography).

2) Work closely with the marketing or public relations team to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials.

· Digital Media Design

1) Create graphics and visual assets for the hospital’s website and social media platforms.

2) Design content for patient portals or apps to improve user experience.

· Event Support

1) Design invitations, event programs, backdrops, and signage for conferences, workshops, or hospital-sponsored community events.

· Collaboration and Consultation

1) Work with various departments (e.g., marketing, administration, patient education, HR) to understand their needs and deliver customized designs.

2) Collaborate with printers, vendors, and external designers as needed to produce high-quality materials and complete the projects.

· Documentation

1) Follow hospital rules, regulations & policies.

2) Carry out instructions of Superiors and Management then and there.

3) Strictly avoid wastage of stationery items.

4) All files & registers are to be maintained as per Policy and NABH Standards on a daily basis.

Generic Responsibilities

· Job Knowledge: Proficient enough in both the Technical & Functional levels for the given role. Conceptual skills and understanding of Business model are utmost important. Shall know the practices in Industry widely followed from time to time.

· Quality Consciousness: Specific action is always aimed at improving quality of service, its processes and other activities associated with it.

· Cost Consciousness: Implementing Cost Control Measures and its monitoring.

· Others: To participate in all departmental training and quality initiative measures that is in practice across locations.

· To maintain ethical practices and diplomacy at all levels that we are dealing in our day to day transactions.

· To follow all the rules and regulations of the organization that are prevailing in practice from time to time.

· The Graphic Designer’s role is vital in delivering & maintaining high-quality patient care.

· Take ownership of all the duties that you are responsible for at your workplace.

In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions any other assignment given by the immediate superior or the management will have to be carried out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
