Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging designs for both print and digital media for Vishakarex. The ideal candidate will have experience creating posters, banners, branding assets, logos, business materials, newsletters, website graphics, and social media images. You should be able to transform requirements into creative solutions that support marketing goals, brand consistency, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:Branding & Identity

• Design and maintain cohesive brand identity assets including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual style guides.
• Ensure consistent use of brand elements across all channels and materials.

Print & Marketing Materials

• Design posters, flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, and other printed collateral.
• Collaborate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production and accurate specifications.

Digital Media & Web Graphics

• Create visual content for websites including homepage banners, section images, ads, infographics, and interactive visuals.
• Design email newsletters, promotional graphics, and templates for campaigns.
• Prepare optimized images for web and mobile platforms.

Social Media & Advertising

• Design graphics for social media posts, stories, digital ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Adapt visuals to fit different formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Business & Corporate Materials

• Design branded internal and external documents such as presentations, letterheads, invoices, proposals, and reports.
• Develop templates for consistent visual communication across departments.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work with marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative needs and meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 1-2 years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across print and digital formats.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Knowledge of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Understanding of responsive design, image optimization, and file formats.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt visual styles.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Motion design or animation skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects) are a bonus.
• Experience designing for CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
