Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience in creating engaging and trendy social media designs.

You’ll be responsible for developing visually appealing creatives that align with our brand identity, campaign goals, and current digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality social media creatives (static, carousel, stories, ad designs, etc.)

Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content and campaign needs

Design festival, product, offer, and brand awareness creatives

Edit and retouch product or stock images as needed

Stay updated with the latest design trends & social media aesthetics

Manage design files and deliver within deadlines

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Adobe Photoshop (must) — image editing, layout design

Adobe Illustrator — vector icons, logo elements

Canva / Figma — quick layout and template-based design

(Optional) After Effects / Premiere Pro / CapCut — motion or video creatives

Understanding of color theory, typography, and brand consistency

Knowledge of social media platform formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Creative mindset and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently

Strong communication & teamwork

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent time management and reliability

Bonus (Good to Have)

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Leonardo.ai for ideation

Basic understanding of digital marketing visuals (ads, engagement posts)

Previous experience working on lifestyle, beauty, fintech, or brand campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
