Graphic Designer
Location: 5783 Wooster Pike, Medina, OH 44256
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM - Full-time
Pay: $22 – $30/hour
Reports to the Creative Director & Director of Creative Operations & Media

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our design & marketing team for HH Science & Trillium Creek Dermatology. This role combines creative and marketing strategy execution — ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, enjoys hands-on design work, and can manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and implement cohesive brand vision across all marketing, design, and communication channels. Ensure all creatives, ads, print materials, and digital content align with brand standards.
· Create and implement marketing strategies to support sales across all channels — including digital, social media, retail, email, and events.
· Design and produce marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Manage all visual assets from concept to final deliverable.
· Assist in new product launches including costing decks, vendor coordination, photography, labeling, and marketing collateral.
· Assists in the organization and execution of local events, sponsorships, and cobranded campaigns with partner brands and retail locations (Brunswick, Medina, Strongsville, Wadsworth, and Wooster).
· Negotiate and manage relationships with outside vendors.
· Monitor social media and marketing performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify emerging market trends.
· Create and manage social media content, including video storytelling and Reels to engage audiences and support brand goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, sales, inventory, and fulfillment — to ensure cohesive execution and timeline management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design with project management experience.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing platforms is a plus.
· Background in retail or catalog design is highly valued.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and attention to detail.
· Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic with a passion for brand storytelling and design innovation.
· Digital portfolio must be submitted at the time of applying.
