Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a versatile and creatively-driven Graphic Designer to bring compelling visual narratives to life across digital platforms. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can effortlessly switch between designing Meta and Google ads, engaging email newsletters, scroll-stopping social media creatives, and eye-catching website/WhatsApp banners, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Digital Ad Creatives: Develop engaging static and GIFs for Meta and Google Ads that convert and align with campaign goals.
• Social Media Content: Create thumb-stopping visuals for social media posts across various platforms, maintaining brand consistency and appeal.
• Email & Newsletter Design: Craft visually engaging email layouts optimized for click-through and conversion, blending creativity with usability.
• Web & WhatsApp Creatives: Design banners, web visuals, and WhatsApp assets that align with promotional strategies and enhance UX.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop catalogs, flyers, sales kits, press releases, and other assets to support internal and external marketing efforts.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Image Editing & Retouching: Perform high-quality edits, enhancements, and manipulations for digital visuals and wallpapers.
• Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize campaigns and creative assets from scratch.
• Design Optimization: Contribute to efficient design workflows and asset management systems, optimizing turnaround times.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with industry design trends, AI-based tools, and UI/UX innovations to ensure fresh, modern visuals.

Qualifications:

• Design Tools Mastery: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and knowledge of motion design tools.
• Typography & Visual Expertise: Strong command over typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy for high-impact design.
• Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize from scratch and develop visuals that resonate with targeted ecommerce audiences.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, color composition, and visual harmony.
• Communication: Excellent communication and feedback skills—comfortable presenting design rationale and collaborating with stakeholders.

Bonus: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and automation techniques for scalable creative output.
