Location: Chinar Park, Newtown, Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a Digital Marketing Company
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can think visually, design with purpose, and deliver engaging digital creatives for brands across industries. You’ll work closely with our marketing and social media teams to bring campaigns and content to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital creatives, banners, and posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop branding materials, advertisements, brochures, and web layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
• Create innovative visual concepts for ads, campaigns, and promotions.
• Adapt existing designs for multiple digital formats and devices.
• Maintain brand identity and design quality across all projects.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Excellent sense of color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is mandatory (minimum 1 year).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any related field.
• Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio will be an added advantage.
