What You’ll Do
- Design social media graphics in proper formats for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create print and digital materials — including flyers, brochures, event posters, postcards, signage, ads, and presentations.
- Develop layouts for campaigns, proposals, and branded collateral using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and clients.
- Collaborate daily with the creative and social media team to brainstorm ideas, review feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Prep files for print and digital distribution.
- Assist with photo selection, resizing, and basic retouching as needed.
- Occasionally help with internal marketing or special event materials.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick turnarounds and team collaboration.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.
- Understanding of branding principles and how to apply brand guidelines consistently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work — digital, print, and social.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience creating light motion graphics or short videos for social media.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, or other marketing tools.
- Photography or photo-editing skills.
