POSITION SUMMARY
We're seeking a talented & versatile graphic designer to join the Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across a variety of formats—digital, print, web and event-based media—ensuring alignment with our brand identity and messaging. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong design instincts, attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into cohesive visual assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final delivery. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts that align with strategic goals and brand standards.

Design and produce a wide range of materials, including:

Marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, handouts, case studies)

Digital assets (web graphics, social media, email campaigns, digital signage, video, banner ads)

Event and conference materials (booth graphics, signage, slide decks)

Internal communications (newsletters, employee event visuals, internal signage)

Support customer-facing teams and lead visual development for presentations and sales support materials, including the creation and refinement of PowerPoint decks.

Contribute to the ongoing rebrand initiative by developing updated visual assets across platforms.

Build and format emails within HubSpot and ensure consistency in design across campaigns.

Maintain and update website visuals, page layouts and graphics using content management systems.

Apply knowledge of current design trends, brand guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Take initiative and ownership of creative projects, presenting and defending design decisions with clarity and confidence.

Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

YEARS’ EXPERIENCE
-
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
TECHNOLOGY/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe Premier (or equivalent video editing software experience) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.

Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and digital best practices.
REQUIRED TRAVEL
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

The individual is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen and extensive reading. The individual in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
