RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Graphic Designer to join for an approximate 6-month project!
This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday position to be based in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidates must be willing to commute on-site 5 days/week.
We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic Graphic Designer to help evolve, elevate, and scale a growing digital signage brand. This role involves producing a wide range of visual assets, from campaign concepts to short-form video content, and driving cohesive, high-impact brand storytelling across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strong design strategy, hands-on creative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
An online portfolio of work is required for all applicants.
As a Graphic Designer, You Will:
Develop and scale the visual identity of a leading digital signage brand.
Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, product launches, events, print, sales enablement, and digital marketing.
Concept and create short-form video content, motion graphics, and animated GIFs to bring ideas to life.
Lead the development of industry-leading brand campaigns that grow awareness and engagement.
Uphold and advocate for brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Stay current on design methodologies, tools, and B2B marketing trends to continuously raise the creative bar.
As an Applicant, You Bring:
Experience as part of an in-house brand or creative team.
Strong design strategy leadership—able to generate ideas, set direction, and drive measurable business impact.
Graphic, Motion, and Video Editing experience.
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Slack.
Proven ability to incorporate feedback, manage cross-functional relationships, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Exceptional attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach to design execution.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay Range: 60 - $65 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
