Graphic Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to design creative assets for campaigns, product communication, social media, and brand collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creatives for digital and print platforms (social media, website, brochures, newsletters, ads, packaging, etc.)
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while adding fresh creative ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals.
• Support campaign launches with motion graphics, GIFs, and visual storytelling.
• Manage design assets, templates, and brand libraries for easy team access.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the industry.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (Freshers are also welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AI, etc) and Canva.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, layout sense, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of branding, typography, and color psychology.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Motion design or basic video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Experience in product/packaging design or working with manufacturing brands.
• Familiarity with digital marketing creatives and ad specifications.
