Key Responsibilities


1. Maintenance (Always-on Marketing Tasks)

  • Develop and update Meta Ads (“New & Best” campaigns as needed) and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including 4 audience groups (monthly), seasonal promotions, and search campaigns aligned with new concept photos.
  • Create and update TikTok & YouTube video content (sales, new arrivals, best sellers, etc.).

2. Campaign-Based Initiatives (New Concept/Product Launches)

  • Update website banners and adjust layouts to support new campaigns.
  • Design and distribute e-blasts and SMS campaigns (launch day + one week post-launch).
  • Develop social media content (Instagram Stories, Feed posts, Reels, Facebook & Pinterest banners).
  • Produce creative assets for paid ads (Google/Meta Ads) supporting product launches.
  • Edit and publish TikTok & YouTube video content for campaign promotion.

3. Tools & Platforms

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Attentive (E-blasts & SMS).
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD).
  • Figma (for collaborative design work).

4. Workflow Management

  • Execute campaign rollouts in sequence:
  1. Website banners & e-blasts/SMS
  2. Social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
  3. Paid ads (Google/Meta)
  4. Second e-blast one week after launch


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
  • Experience designing for digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Mailchimp/Attentive.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Additional Preferred Skills


  • Video editing skills for TikTok, YouTube, and social media short-form content.
  • Experience with campaign analytics and performance-based creative optimization.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for website banner and layout adjustments.

Schedule:
