We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team Immediately. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the hospitality and F&B industry, with a good understanding of hotel marketing, restaurant promotions, and brand positioning.
You will work closely with our Cluster Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts across our hotels and restaurant brands, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret, apply, and maintain the brand guidelines (for Millennium Hotels, restaurants, etc) across all printed and digital touch-points.
- Design print collateral: brochures, flyers, posters, in-hotel signage, menus, packaging, banners, external print advertising.
- Manage the print production process: liaise with print vendors, check file specs (bleed, colour-profiles, resolution), review proofs, ensure accuracy and finishing.
- Collaborate with marketing, F&B, spa, banqueting, and hotel operations teams to understand creative briefs and deliver on-brand visuals.
- Create digital assets as required (social media posts, email headers, web banners) with print & digital alignment.
- Develop templates for recurring collateral so the team can maintain brand consistency and efficiency.
- Stay current with print technologies, substrates, finishing techniques, and propose cost-effective creative ideas without compromising brand quality.
- Uphold creative standards and push the creative envelope where appropriate (e.g., seasonal campaigns, hotel event activations).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Available to Join Immediately.
- Minimum 3-5 years (depending on seniority) design experience, with hands-on experience in both print AND brand-identity work.
- Strong portfolio showing print production work (menus, signage, brochures) and brand-adherence across formats.
- Excellent technical knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); strong understanding of print file specs, colour management, bleed/margins, spot colour vs CMYK, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to respect and apply brand guidelines consistently yet creatively.
- Good organisational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, manage vendors.
- Strong communication skills — able to liaise across teams and explain design/print decisions.
- Creative mindset: able to bring fresh ideas to elevate the look & feel of the brand.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in hospitality or multi-brand environment.
- Experience creating design systems or brand templates for multiple outlets.
- Familiarity with digital asset management or workflow systems.
- Some illustration or motion-graphics capability.
