We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. This role is crucial for maintaining and evolving our visual brand identity across all digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, capable of transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling, and high-quality visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging visual assets for digital marketing, including social media creatives, display ads, email templates, and website graphics.
- Develop compelling designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and event collateral.
- Create and evolve brand assets including logos, iconography, and visual style guides to ensure consistency.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to brainstorm campaign concepts and translate strategic direction into high-impact visuals.
- Revise and adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring final output aligns with project goals and brand standards.
- Prepare final artwork files for both print production (ensuring color accuracy, bleeds, and resolution) and digital use.
- Stay current with industry trends, design software, and emerging digital design techniques to propose fresh, innovative ideas.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: [2-4] years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or tech/marketing environment.
- Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with rapid design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent visual aesthetic and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
