The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for consumer brands, packaging, and storytelling through design.
This role is hands-on — from concept to execution — designing everything from jerky bags and retail displays to catalogs, motion graphics, and digital content for one of the fastest-growing lifestyle brands in the country.

You’ll work across multiple projects for BeefCake Jerky and DUXBUX, creating visuals that stand out on shelves, in stores, and across social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging — including jerky bags, boxes, and floor displays — that align with brand standards and retail requirements.
• Create marketing materials such as catalogs, sales sheets, email banners, website graphics, and retail signage.
• Develop motion graphics and short-form animations for social media, advertising, and video campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design visuals for product launches, partnerships, and promotions.
• Work with printers and vendors to ensure artwork meets production specifications and color accuracy.
• Support e-commerce visuals — lifestyle graphics, thumbnails, web banners, and hero imagery.
• Assist with creative direction for photoshoots, product mockups, and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain organized design files and adhere to brand guidelines across multiple brands.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG packaging.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and marketing design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics or 3D design (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.).
• Understanding of email and SMS marketing design principles (Klaviyo experience a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, color, and typography.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
