Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of school textbooks, workbooks, and educational materials for print and digital formats.
• Create book covers, Image sources, infographics, charts, and icons as per subject and grade requirements.
• Ensure consistency in design, typography, and layout across multiple book series.
• Work closely with editors, content writers, and production teams to finalize designs as per printing standards.
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, crop marks).
• Adapt designs for e-learning modules, digital platforms, or promotional materials if required.
• Maintain and organize artwork, image libraries, and design templates.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in educational design, color usage, and child-friendly visual communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press preparation.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Experience designing for school-age audiences (K–12).

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of educational pedagogy and curriculum design.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
