We're looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer - Arabic speaker to join our growing creative team! In this role, you'll support the development of engaging digital assets, campaign materials, and social media content that bring our brand to life. With a focus on digital-first design, Figma, and campaigns, you'll collaborate with our creative team to deliver assets that align with our brand standards and business goals.

what you going to do:

Campaign Support: Design digital-first marketing assets (social media, display ads, email graphics, web pages) to support brand and campaign initiatives.

Digital Design in Figma: Use Figma to create layouts, prototypes, and templates for digital campaigns and website content.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand and Creative teams, participating in brainstorms, preparing mood boards, and presenting clear rationale for your design choices.

Production Requests: Complete design requests from Franchise Partners and internal teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Digital & Print Design: Use Adobe Creative Suite to create assets across a range of formats, including emails, web pages, flyers, direct mail,and more.

Brand Compliance: Maintain brand integrity across all assets and flag any compliance issues to the Manager, Graphic Design.

Asset Management: Help organize and maintain a structured, up-to-date library of marketing and brand assets.

Template Creation: Build simple, reusable templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to help scale creative production.

Feedback Integration: Apply feedback effectively from stakeholders to refine and improve creative output.

Process Improvement: Look for ways to streamline workflow, enhance creative delivery, and evolve how we do things.

Learning & Growth:

Work alongside experienced designers, growing your skills in campaign development and multi-channel design.

What You Bring To The Team

1-4 years of experience as a designer (internships, freelance, or in-house experience all count!).

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing design (social, web, email, campaigns).

A portfolio that shows creative thinking and an eye for digital-first design.

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Familiarity with Al tools and a curiosity for exploring how they can support and enhance the creative design process.
