Graphic Designer

Sprouto is seeking a skilled and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design, branding, and visual storytelling. If you have 3+ years of professional experience and are ready to take ownership of design projects in a fast-paced digital environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
• Lead and contribute to branding and visual identity projects, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop creative assets including social media designs, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with developers and senior designers to deliver pixel-perfect and functional designs.
• (Optional) Create simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Present and defend your design concepts with strong creative rationale.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX and branding.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding work, and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate ideas into high-quality, impactful visuals.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Lahore or willing to commute/relocate.
• Onsite Position – DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
