Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, or a related consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will be a visual storyteller who can translate our brand's flavor and atmosphere into compelling digital and print designs. You will be responsible for everything from eye-catching social media content and menus to in-store branding and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content: Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging visual content for our social media channels (Instagram Posts, Stories, Reels, Facebook, etc.). This includes static graphics, short videos, GIFs, and carousels.
• Menu Design: Design, update, and maintain all our menus (food, bar, seasonal specials) ensuring they are on-brand, easy to read, and visually appealing.
• Marketing & Promotional Materials: Create a wide range of print and digital assets, including posters, flyers, table talkers, banners, email newsletters, and digital ad creatives.
• Photo & Video Editing: Edit and retouch food and beverage photography to look delicious and appetizing. Perform basic video editing to create compelling social media clips and promotional videos.
• In-Store Branding: Design and help execute in-store visual elements, such as signage, window displays, and special event branding.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual output is consistent with our brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, bar/kitchen managers, and management to understand briefs and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly within the F&B and social media landscape.

Experience:

• F&B industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
