Are you a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision? Do you have a passion for typography, publication design, and InDesign? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print, including publications, social media graphics, website assets, marketing materials, logos, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs align with brand standards and project objectives.
• Refine and adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creative range (please include a link or samples).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Advanced InDesign skills are essential, particularly with multi-page layouts, tables, and style sheets.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a naturally creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with video editing and/or web design is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
