Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate the company’s brand identity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media posts, advertisements, packaging, and websites.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and message alignment.
- Create and edit visual content for digital campaigns, events, and presentations.
- Prepare and finalize files for printing and digital publishing.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and visual assets library.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
- Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and know how to use the camera (photo & video )
Software & Tools the Designer Should Know:
Core Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite):
- Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, retouching, and visual compositions
- Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics, logo design, and illustrations
- Adobe InDesign – brochures, catalogs, and print layouts
Digital & Motion Tools (Depending on Role Focus):
- Adobe After Effects – motion graphics and animation
- Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing
- Figma or Adobe XD – UI/UX and web design
- Canva – quick social media designs and templates
- Blender or Cinema 4D – 3D design or visualizations
Supporting Tools:
- Lightroom – image enhancement and color correction
- Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides – presentation layouts
- Trello / Asana / Monday.com – project management tools
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for digital design collaboration)
- Experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools
- Understanding of printing techniques and color management
- Basic photography & videography skills
