Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate marketing and business objectives into compelling designs that capture attention and drive results. You will work on a wide range of projects, from digital ads and social media content to print collateral and branding.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creation:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality visual designs, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website assets, email templates, presentations, and print collateral (brochures, flyers, banners).
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all company touchpoints.
  • Produce compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including web ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Prepare files for print and digital publication, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and strategic goals.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
  • Technical & Administrative:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, including photos, graphics, and logos.
  • Assist in the management of the design and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential).
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Skills in motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Photography skills and experience with photo editing.
