Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs across print and digital platforms. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into effective visual communication that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a professional and cohesive look.
• Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and videos as needed.
• Prepare design files for print and digital publication.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and support in brainstorming sessions and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing (a plus).
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing assets.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
