Graphic Designer

About the Role

Decode Advertising is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who can think creatively, execute brand concepts, and design visually compelling communication for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative concepts for branding, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Create brochures, posters, digital ads, packaging designs, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand brief requirements
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project objectives
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into projects
• Handle multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (bonus: After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and colour sense
• Ability to convert ideas into polished creatives
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to handle deadlines and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
