About the Position

Yield 4 Finance is hiring a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to support our growing creative needs. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs across various formats and ensuring smooth execution of all creative tasks. You’ll work closely with our marketing and communications teams to help strengthen the brand’s visual presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts by reviewing project requirements, reference materials, and brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality designs, selecting suitable color palettes, fonts, and visual styles.
• Create final outputs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Manage daily design tasks while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
• Design graphics for social media posts, web banners, presentations, logos, videos, reels, and other brand assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, tech) to maintain consistent brand visuals.
• Review and refine work before final submission.
• Contribute actively to overall creative and marketing initiatives when required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
• Understanding of layout design, colour theory, and typography.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
• Awareness of current visual, digital, and social media trends.
• A strong portfolio displaying design capability and creativity.
