About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver designs that elevate brand identity, drive engagement, and support campaign goals. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with precision and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for email campaigns, social media, websites, ads, and product packaging
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with messaging
• Prepare assets for web, mobile, and print formats as needed
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines independently

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital marketing, eCommerce, or brand campaigns
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing
• Experience with email design and responsive layouts
• Understanding of performance metrics and conversion-focused design
• Portfolio showcasing a range of digital and brand design work
