As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering creative design solutions across the full spectrum of media: digital ads, social, website / app UI, email campaigns, print collateral, brand identity, packaging, event graphics and more. This is a “360° design” role — you will work across channels, collaborate with marketing, product, brand and operations teams, and help ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, style-frames and design assets for digital campaigns (social media posts, banners, display ads, video graphics, motion-graphics elements)
  • Design and produce print materials: brochures, posters, flyers, direct-mail pieces, packaging, event graphics/stands
  • Work on brand identity: logos, typography systems, colour palettes, brand guidelines, visual language
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers (or handle UI design) for website, mobile app, landing pages — ensuring design is visually compelling and user-friendly
  • Support email/CRM design: templated graphics, responsive layouts, branding
  • Source, edit and prepare images, icons, illustrations; retouching and photo-manipulation as needed
  • Ensure production-ready artwork: correctly prepared files, specifications for print/production, hand-off to vendors/printers
  • Maintain visual consistency and quality across all touch-points; ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, techniques and technologies; propose new ideas to elevate brand visuals
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to interpret briefs, provide creative input, manage timelines and deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and prioritise efficiently
  • Optionally: handle motion/animation design (e.g., social video/story edits, GIFs) if you have expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years (or more) professional experience in graphic/design role covering both digital and print media
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, brand identity and ideally UI/UX or motion graphics
  • Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); plus familiarity with After Effects / Premiere / other motion tools is a plus
  • Good understanding of web/digital media: responsive design, mobile vs desktop, file formats, optimisation for digital and social platforms
  • Knowledge of print production: colour modes (CMYK, Pantone), bleed, trim, resolution, vendor hand-off
  • Strong aesthetic sense: typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy
  • Excellent communication skills: able to interpret briefs, present concepts, incorporate feedback and collaborate with non-design stakeholders
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, creative thinker who can propose ideas and drive design rather than only execute instructions
  • (Desirable) Basic motion/animation skills, UI/UX design awareness, illustration skills
