Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing and Brand team in New Cairo. This role is responsible for translating strategic brand objectives and creative concepts into powerful, engaging visual assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of digital platforms, and can maintain exceptional brand consistency across all consumer and corporate touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Creative Asset Production:

Design and produce a wide range of high-quality digital and print visual assets, including social media graphics (static and animated), digital ads (Google, Meta), website banners, infographics, presentations, and email templates

Develop compelling visuals for ongoing marketing campaigns and product launch announcements, ensuring all content captures attention and drives conversion
Brand Guardianship:

Act as a guardian of the Telda brand identity, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and visual standards across all produced materials

Ensure all designs are localized appropriately for the Egyptian audience while maintaining a professional, global standard
Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with the Content Creators, Social Media Specialists, and Marketing Managers to understand campaign goals and translate messaging into effective visual communications

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Digital Optimization:

Ensure all digital assets are correctly sized, formatted, and optimized for different platforms (e.g., vertical video for TikTok/Reels, correct resolutions for LinkedIn posts, optimized file sizes for web load speed)

Contribute creative input to landing page design elements, working alongside UI/UX teams to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Skills:

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, technical skill, and a deep understanding of digital aesthetics

Expertise in visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory

Ability to translate complex information (like FinTech data) into clear, compelling infographics

Excellent communication skills

High level of accountability and meticulous attention to detail
Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
