Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design, the ability to translate ideas into impactful graphics, and experience creating visual content for digital and print platforms. You will work with the marketing, product, and branding teams to deliver high-quality designs that support brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, ads, and presentations.
• Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Produce branding elements such as logos, icons, typography, and color palettes.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Edit and retouch images, graphics, and videos as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work collaboratively.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design or web design basics.
• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of printing processes and production requirements.
