Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media posts, advertisements, packaging, and websites.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and message alignment.
• Create and edit visual content for digital campaigns, events, and presentations.
• Prepare and finalize files for printing and digital publishing.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines and visual assets library.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a graphic designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and know how to use the camera ( photo & video )

Software & Tools the Designer Should Know:

Core Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite):

• Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, retouching, and visual compositions
• Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics, logo design, and illustrations
• Adobe InDesign – brochures, catalogs, and print layouts

Digital & Motion Tools (Depending on Role Focus):

• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics and animation
• Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing
• Figma or Adobe XD – UI/UX and web design
• Canva – quick social media designs and templates
• Blender or Cinema 4D – 3D design or visualizations

Supporting Tools:

• Lightroom – image enhancement and color correction
• Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides – presentation layouts
• Trello / Asana / Monday.com – project management tools
